Fantastic picture quality

Wasn’t 100% sure about this product initially prior to purchase, but a fantastic outdoor TV. The sound quality isn’t amazing, but nothing to complain about.
We have it under an automated pergola, so we can watch it from the hot tub or from the outdoor seating area. The picture is bright and vivid, so overall a great buy

TV is great, customer service works!

The TV is great, excellent picture quality and good sound. The issue we had was with the remote, we must have gotten a dud because the new one works great. I had to call a couple of times before Kiko with Customer Support got a hold of it, once we got connected it was a pretty smooth process. Enjoying our new TV!

Great picture. Unbelievable color and clarity. Overall shipping was an issue. Ordered tv, wall Mount, sound bar and cover as a bundle but the shipping dates were different for all of the components. The admin team was EXCEPTIONAL in responding to questions and offering assistance. Instruction for the cantilevered wall mount were difficult to understand and I had to rely on YouTube for it to make sense.

Bottom line—fantastic product!!!!
