1. Shipping Coverage & Fees

We currently offer free shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK), including Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man.

For shipping inquiries or special delivery requests, please contact us at presale.uk@sylvoxtv.com before placing an order.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after confirmation.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

3. Delivery Methods & Timeframes – UK

Delivery depends on the TV size:

  • Products 43 inches and below: Shipped via DPD courier, estimated delivery within 2 business days.

  • Products above 43 inches: Shipped via DX 2-man delivery, estimated delivery within 3 business days.

4. Delivery to Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man

Orders to Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man are delivered within 5–7 business days, regardless of TV size.

5. Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

No additional VAT will be charged at checkout.

In the event of any pricing error caused by a system issue, technical malfunction, human error, or any other reason, customers may be required to pay the difference between the incorrect price and the actual selling price after placing an order. If the customer declines to pay the price difference, Sylvox reserves the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment and issue a full refund. Sylvox reserves the right of final interpretation regarding any pricing discrepancies and related order decisions.

6. Tracking Your Order

We use standard logistics providers to ship your items.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive one or more tracking numbers via email.

You can track your shipment on the carrier’s official website using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Order Not Received

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at service.uk@sylvoxtv.com. Our customer service team will promptly assist you.
